ADMISSION PROCEDURE & PAYMENT OF FEE

Being a prestigious Institution, we take in students who will contribute and foster the principles of inter-mingling and culture, we make sure that students admitted to DPSS possess certain qualities, it is the first place where he/she begins communicating with other people and as responsible educators it is our duty to provide conducive atmosphere.

For admission in DPSS, Please follow the below-mentioned procedure accurately.

At the time of registration, the following documents along with registration fee should be submitted to the Front desk of due administrative Section.

FILLED IN FORM SHOULD BE SUBMITTED IN THE OFFICE ALONG WITH

  • Latest colored passport-size photograph of the student. [Ten in numbers]

  • Photograph of the parent with the child in [5 cm x 3.5 cm]

  • Photograph of Birth Certificate (attested).

  • Original Medical certificate of the student.

  • Photocopy of the result of the previous class. (Attested)

  • In case the registration form is filled out by guardians other than parents, it should be indicated.

  • Address Proof: Pan Card/Driving License/Electricity Bill/Aadhar Card.

A Basic admission test will be conducted on a specified date for eligibility of that particular class. Only those candidates who clear the written test will be called for an interview; both parents are required to be present at the time of the interview.

Note: Incomplete or illegible Registration forms, without photos, will not be accepted

The admission would be confirmed only after the final interview.

Only meritorious students will be considered for mid-term admission on grounds of transfer of change of school.

The school reserves the right to admit a student in the appropriate class after examining the student. Even after the admission is granted the student can either be adjusted in a lower or higher class, whichever the case may be, depending upon the student’s ability at the discretion of the authorities.

Admission is strictly subject to fulfilling of all conditions and submission of requisite documents. TC from the previous school must be submitted within 15 days after the commencement of academic session. Outstation children must get their TC counter signed by DEO (District Educational Officer).

ADMISSION PROCEDURE & PAYMENT OF FEE

  • Annual Charges will be collected at the beginning of the academic session.

  • All payments (tuition fee & transport fee) of new admission as well as existing students must be deposited.

  • All payments will be collected only by the accounts department.

  • Fee will be collected between 1st and 10th of every month.

  • In case of a bounced cheque, a cheque return & late fee will be charged from the parents till the date of payment.

  • Please don’t send the fee by School Bus Driver/Conductors/Nannies.

RULES REGARDING ISSUE OF SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATE

  • Blank application forms for School Leaving Certificate is available at the school’s reception. 15 working days will be required to process application for school leaving certificate.

  • School leaving certificate will be issued only after all the dues are cleared for the quarter during which school leaving certificate is being issued.

  • Admissions granted in the middle of session will have to pay the tuition fee & Transport fee from the beginning of the session.

  • It is mandatory to pay the tuition fee/transport fee after academic session has started even though the student has not reported for the new session/has not applied for the school leaving certificate.

  • Annual charges are payable annually at the beginning of academic session and it is non refundable i.e. any mid-term withdrawal of student requires full payment of annual charges.

  • Any fee paid for a student is not adjustable with any other student.

  • Any dispute is subjected to school jurisdiction only.
