How Your Child Learns and Grows with Us

At DPSS Barasat, we believe learning should be an exciting journey of discovery for every student. We actively encourage kids to explore and ask questions, making their education truly their own. To help them really understand and remember new ideas, we use lots of different tools like pictures, videos, charts, and models. We also encourage them every day to read, play quizzes, ask questions, and discover more about the world. For every topic in our curriculum, our team goes thorough research to make sure we execute it in the best way of learning for your child.

Assessments & What They'll Study

Starting in Class II, we slowly introduce small class assessments. This helps children get comfortable with taking tests without feeling overwhelmed. We also love to see kids learn through creative projects, which lets them explore subjects in fun, hands-on ways.

Learning isn't just about what happens in the classroom. We offer many extra activities to help your child grow in every possible way. This includes art, craft, dance, music, martial arts, and yoga. We also strongly encourage all our students to get active and enjoy various sports. It's all part of helping them become well-rounded, happy individuals!
